Tap Slots Inc. (“Tap Slots”, “we”, “us”) operates free-to-play social casino games, including Vegas Slots Galaxy, 777 Classic Slots Galaxy, Slots of Luck, Wild Triple Slots, and Vegas Cherry Slots (each a “Game”, together the “Games”), and the websites that support them. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
We aim to collect and retain only the information we need. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Where this policy uses words like “process”, “use”, or “share”, it describes what we actually do with your information, as explained below.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Games or our websites, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Please also see your privacy rights and choices in Section 10.
1. What Information Does Tap Slots Collect?
Information you provide. If you add it to your in-game profile or include it in a support or account request, we collect your name and email address, and optionally your profile picture, location, age, and gender. When you contact support or submit an account or data-deletion request, we collect the information in that request, including the Game involved and your player ID (“UID”).
Information collected automatically. When you use the Games or websites we collect device identifiers, device type, carrier, and operating system; your IP address (used to determine your country/state); your timezone; referring apps and URLs; and game session times, lengths, and activity.
Purchases. The Games are free to play. If you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by the relevant app store (Apple, Google, or Amazon); we do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive confirmation of the purchase, a transaction identifier, and your purchase/entitlement history so we can deliver the items and provide support.
If you use Facebook Connect or another single sign-on (see Section 15), we may receive your Facebook ID, email address, and timezone where accessible. Your profile picture and friends list may be displayed in the Game, but we do not store your profile pictures or friends lists on our servers.
Some device data — your advertising identifier and IP address — is shared with third-party advertising and attribution services (see Sections 2 and 7). We do not store your advertising identifier or MAC address on our servers.
2. Device Identifiers, Account Recovery, and Security
Because our Games can be played without creating a username or password, we rely on device identifiers to recognize your device and keep your account working. Specifically, we use the Android ID (SSAID) on Android, a vendor-scoped identifier (IDFV) on iOS, and your IP address to:
- Create, maintain, recover, and secure your account — associating your account with your device(s) so we can save and restore your game progress when you return, reinstall, or move to a new device, and so we can recognize your device for account recovery.
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse — identifying suspicious activity and protecting against cheating, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Measure advertising — your advertising identifier is shared with our attribution provider, Adjust, to attribute installs and measure the performance of our marketing. Your IP address is processed by MaxMind to approximate your country/region and to help detect fraud.
- Show and personalize advertising — your advertising identifier and IP address are shared with our advertising partners (including Google, through the advertising SDKs in our apps) and used to show advertising, to personalize it, and to measure its performance. Google uses the IP address it receives through these SDKs for ad measurement and personalization; see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for details of Google’s processing.
You can reset your advertising identifier, or limit ad tracking, at any time in your device settings — this is the most reliable way to limit personalized advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also object to, or withdraw any consent for, personalized advertising as described in Section 10.
3. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Server Logs
On our websites and apps we and our partners use tracking technologies — cookies, web beacons, tags, and scripts — to analyze trends, administer the sites, track user movements, gather demographic information, and serve relevant advertisements. Information gathered through these technologies on our websites cannot, on its own, be matched to your identity.
Like most online services, our servers also automatically record log data when you visit our sites or use our apps — including your IP address, the time and date of your visit, the pages or screens you view, and similar diagnostic information — which we retain in log files for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.
Cookies are also used to remember your settings (such as your language preference) and to authenticate you. You can control or reject cookies through your browser settings; if you reject cookies you may still use our sites, but some features or areas may be limited. Our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to gather information about your activity on our sites and other sites in order to show you advertising based on your interests.
Our websites do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
4. Social Media Widgets
Our sites may include social-media features such as a Facebook “Like” button, a “Share” button, or interactive mini-programs. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting, may set a cookie to function, and may be hosted by a third party or directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
5. Anti-Abuse and Form Verification
Our contact and data-deletion forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from automated bots. To do this, Turnstile (operated by Cloudflare) receives signals from your browser or device — such as your IP address and interaction signals — and returns a pass/fail result. We use this only to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
6. How Does Tap Slots Use the Information?
We use the information we collect to:
- create your game account and maintain your progress;
- create, maintain, recover, and secure your account, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- provide technical and customer support;
- personalize your game experience;
- display relevant advertisements and measure their performance;
- send you service-related messages and, where permitted, promotions (see your marketing choices in Section 10);
- improve and optimize our Services; and
- conduct research and analytics.
7. How Does Tap Slots Share the Information?
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with third-party service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as described in this policy. In the event Tap Slots undergoes (or evaluates undergoing) a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, we may transfer data to the successor company. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Our service providers include:
- Attribution & advertising measurement — Adjust.
- Advertising / ad mediation — IronSource, and ad networks including Tapjoy, Chartboost, AppLovin, AdColony, AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and Unity Ads.
- Analytics — Amplitude, Unity, and Google Analytics.
- IP geolocation & fraud prevention — MaxMind.
- Push notifications — OneSignal.
- Email delivery — SparkPost.
- Customer support — Zendesk.
- Anti-abuse / form verification — Cloudflare (Turnstile).
- Development & infrastructure — Firebase, Amazon Web Services, and Cloudflare.
- App stores & distribution — Apple, Google, and Amazon.
Advertising shown in the Games may take you to other apps or websites; those apps and sites are governed by their own privacy policies (see Section 14). Some of these partners — in particular Google (AdMob, Google Analytics, and Firebase) — act as independent controllers of the data they receive through their SDKs, including your advertising identifier and IP address, which they may use to measure and personalize advertising. To understand how Google processes this data, see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Sharing your advertising identifier, IP address, and related signals with advertising partners may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state laws, and requires consent in some regions; see your choices in Section 10.
8. Information You Make Public
If you connect with Facebook, your name and Facebook profile picture may appear in leaderboards within the Games; please review Facebook’s privacy options. Information you choose to share on your in-game profile page is visible to other players. Setting up an in-game profile is optional, and you can update it at any time.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete or de-identify it. The criteria we use include:
- Account and device identifiers / game progress — for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward;
- Support tickets and account/deletion requests — until no longer required for support, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements;
- Advertising identifiers — for the limited period needed for attribution and measurement;
- Fraud, security, and server-log data — for a limited period for security and integrity;
- Analytics data — typically in aggregated or de-identified form; and
- Backups — until they cycle out of our backup retention window.
If you ask us to delete your account (see Section 10), we action the request as described there.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Accessing, updating, or deleting your information. You can review or update your account details, or ask us to stop using your information, by contacting support@tapslots.com. To request deletion of your account and its associated data, you can use our Data Deletion request form at https://tapslots.com/datadeletion/, email support@tapslots.com, or use the in-app privacy / consent controls. We will action erasure requests within one month (extendable where the law permits). To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm that you are the account owner before acting; any information you provide for verification is used only for that purpose.
Marketing choices. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and you can turn off push notifications in your device settings. We may still send you service- and support-related messages.
California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; delete your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. We may share advertising identifiers and related signals with advertising partners for interest-based advertising; depending on the final legal characterization, this may be a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out of such sharing, or to exercise any California right, use the Data Deletion / privacy form at https://tapslots.com/datadeletion/ or email support@tapslots.com; you may also use an authorized agent. We will verify your request before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). The data controller is Tap Slots Inc., 7745 Spanish Lake Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89113, USA. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. We rely on the following legal bases, depending on the activity: performance of a contract (to provide the Games and maintain your account); our legitimate interests (to secure accounts, prevent fraud, measure and improve the Games, and for non-targeted analytics); your consent (for interest-based advertising, non-essential cookies, and marketing, where required); and compliance with legal obligations. Recipients of your data are the service providers listed in Section 7. We transfer data to the United States and other countries where our providers operate and use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing; we do use identifiers to personalize advertising as described above.
Other U.S. states. Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights under their state privacy laws and can exercise available rights using the contact methods above.
11. How Is My Information Secured?
Tap Slots takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, following generally accepted industry standards, including encryption in transit (TLS or other appropriate encryption). No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a security question or wish to report a vulnerability, contact support@tapslots.com.
12. Children’s and Minimum-Age Policy
Our Games are intended for adults and, consistent with our Terms of Service, for users 21 years of age or older. They are not directed to children, and you should not use the Games if you are under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
14. Links to Other Websites, Apps, and Ads
Our Games and sites may link to — and the advertising in our Games may take you to — other websites or apps that we do not control. If you submit personal information to those sites or apps, it is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit or app you use.
15. Single Sign-On
We may offer single sign-on through Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services authenticate your identity and let you share your name and email to pre-populate signup, and may give you the option to post information about your activity in the Game to your profile to share with your network.
16. Notification of Privacy Policy Changes
If we make a change in how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email (to the address in your account) or by a notice in-app and on this site before the change takes effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
